Resident tutor system is a unique feature of the academic program at PMS College of Dental Science and Research as part of our academic remedial policy. The qualified resident teaching staff continuously monitors the well-being of the hostel students by taking an active role in their personal and academic growth. One on one tutoring and guidance is provided to slow learners. Our Resident Tutor helps to identify and resolve potential problems and also provide guidance to the students in their areas of difficulty and reflect on their progress by engaging them individually and in groups. This system is an adjunct to the Mentor-Mentee system advocated in the college.
